Welcome to our English speaking nursery Orangery

A kind approach and a safe space for children's curiosity

Who are we?

Welcome to our English-speaking nursery Orangery, located in the exceptionally beautiful location of Dolno Polesnice Castle Park.

In our kindergarten we provide education in both Czech and English. We emphasize quality teaching in the form of activities and games. Classes have smaller numbers of children. We promote an individual approach to children and their abilities. The kindergarten is equipped with interactive toys-including an interactive whiteboardmusical instruments, IQ games and other learning tools to help your children prepare for their future schooling. The school curriculum of our kindergarten is in line with Framework educational programme for pre-school education based on Act 561/2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act). Our curriculum focuses on the overall development of the child's personality and all its aspects.

Our teachers create in the kindergarten Joyful a pleasant atmosphere and treat children in a friendly and understanding manner. They help the children Retrieved from a Expand a range of feelings and impressions that are very important for their development. By respecting the uniqueness of the child, supporting their interests and abilities to help create healthy self-esteem a self-esteem.

We believe that the basis for developing a sense of collaboration a empathy is in group work by sharing things, toys and feelings. That is why we also help children to express their feelings and moods and to communicate with their peers. Children learn to solve problems and share them verbally with others.

In addition to the socio-emotional area, we focus on children's fine motor skills and their overall turnaround. Specific activities increase children's attention and consistently encourage the children in their Patience a Toughness. Children are encouraged to develop their agility at their own pace and in a safe environment, helped by a variety of sports equipment.

In the area of reason, we emphasize the natural childhood Curiosity and offer children activities that develop their creativity alogical thinking. We work with puzzles, science experiments, brain teasers and we ask a lot of questions.

Linguistically, children develop in in a natural bilingual environment. A native speaker is present in the English classes to give the children the experience of a natural foreign language environment. The children quickly get used to everyday words and phrases, and within a few months they begin to understand and communicate with the native teacher. With this approach, we give the child an irreplaceable input into life, when they learn positive attitude towards a foreign languageon which they can continue to build.

Children's senses are another cornerstone for education at Orangery.

Multisensory activities, that we use appeal to multiple senses, so children learn better. In the classrooms we have musical instruments, tactile bags and boxes, senso-motor pathways.

We are here for you even during the summer holidays

We also offer a summer holiday programme for your children.

How do people do business in this industry? We interviewed Romana Falge, an entrepreneur who owns a network of several establishments ranging from a nursery to an elementary school. She is also the co-author of the book Private Corporate Nursery from A to Z, where she advises other businessmen and women.

She started working in the field in 2008, when she opened a bilingual kindergarten for fifty-five children called Orangery, after the reconstructed castle orangery in the Dolno Polesnice castle park.

what you write about us

English teaching, ratio of teachers to pupils, ratio 2:1 native speaker to Czech speaking teacher, environment of Dolnopochernice park. A close-knit team of teachers and good leadership in the current year.

Both children are happy and looking forward to kindergarten. I like the fact that there is always something going on - the children visit the theatre, the fire brigade, etc.

A genuine interest in children! My son is happy in the kindergarten, he likes it there...this is a sign that the teachers are dedicated to the children and create a pleasant environment and atmosphere for them:) at the same time I appreciate the pro-human approach of the management to parents in communication with them, the willingness to solve things and last but not least I appreciate the many activities that the kindergarten does for children and parents.
